Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Mowloop is an online marketplace that connects homeowners with independent lawn-care providers. Mowloop is the operator of this platform, reachable at hello@mowloop.com.

2. What you agree to by using Mowloop

By creating an account or booking service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to book service or accept jobs.

3. Marketplace model

Mowloop matches homeowners with independent providers. Providers are not Mowloop employees. Mowloop does not perform the lawn care itself and does not guarantee the work of any individual provider. We do our best to route jobs efficiently, verify provider identity, and surface ratings so you can pick with confidence.

4. Bookings, pricing, and payment

Prices shown at booking are estimates based on your outlined mow area, fence status, and gate width. The final price may be adjusted after the provider reviews the job. You authorize Mowloop to charge the payment method on file for completed service plus any applicable taxes or fees. Recurring bookings are charged on each completed visit. You may cancel or skip a recurring visit per the Refund Policy.

5. Your conduct

Be honest about your property (access, pets, hazards). Don't abuse providers, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid paying. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended without notice.

6. Provider conduct

Providers agree to show up on scheduled days, follow the outline the homeowner drew, handle property respectfully, and settle any damage claim in good faith. Mowloop may remove providers for repeated no-shows, quality complaints, or safety issues.

7. Limits on our liability

Mowloop is not liable for incidental damages arising from service performed by an independent provider beyond the amount you paid for that service. For physical damage caused during service, file a claim with us within 7 days and we'll facilitate resolution between you and the provider.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
