Cancellation and refund policy

One-time bookings

  • 24+ hours before the scheduled visit: free cancellation, no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours: $10 late-cancellation fee to cover the provider's routing time.
  • After the provider has arrived: full price charged.

Recurring plans

  • Cancel the entire recurring schedule any time from your dashboard - there is no commitment period.
  • Skip a single visit for free up to 24 hours before it's scheduled. The rest of the schedule continues as normal.
  • Same 24-hour window applies to each visit individually.

Weather

If weather makes mowing unsafe or damaging to the turf (heavy rain, active lightning, standing water), the provider may reschedule to the next available day at no charge. We'll email you when this happens.

Unhappy with the result

Send photos to hello@mowloop.com within 48 hours. We'll either dispatch another visit at no charge to correct the issue, or refund the visit - your choice.

How refunds arrive

Refunds post to the original payment method. Card refunds typically show up in 3-5 business days.

If we can't resolve a charge issue directly, reach out at hello@mowloop.com. See our Terms for how disputes are handled.
